A nice quiet location, not right next to a busy highway like most hotels. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Adequate free parking. Good internet. Close to food establishments, nice local towns, etc.

Friendly, helpful staff. They didn’t have a Luggage Cart so the staff carried my luggage upstairs for me. Comfortable beds, free laundry, fully equipped kitchenette , u can also borrow a blender, toaster, George Forman grill, crockpot, or toaster oven from their display case next to the elevators to make your stay feel more like home. 😇

The entire staff are very kind and caring...They make you like family...I am recommending thing place to my friend, family and co workers...I've stayed at other Sonesta hotels....but this one is the best one...by far...

What breakfast? I was happy that the shower worked and it looked relatively clean. Bed was comfortable.

I liked the kitchenette and value for room. I also liked that there was a spacious closet and the window was able to be opened. I liked that there was a recliner and the space of desk area.

good location. 2 min drive to grocery store (Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace) and various eateries. ample parking. 5 min drive to Morris Plains Station. friendly and helpful staff.

I got a quite & clean room as requested. Check in and check out was fast. Like the kitchen ware that was available but didn't need to use it

Everything was good once I got a room where the heating/air conditioning was working correctly. They are doing some renovating and not all the rooms have the new heating/air conditioning units.
